The agreement between you and OfferAim.
Using OfferAim
You need an account to use OfferAim. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to scrape the service, resell the data, or share one account across multiple businesses beyond the seats included in your plan.
Plans and usage limits
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of property analyses and comp refreshes. When you reach your allowance, analyses pause until the next billing period or until you upgrade. Allowances do not roll over.
Not an appraisal and not advice
OfferAim produces estimates from third-party and public data. It is not an appraisal, a broker price opinion, or legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Comparable sales and condition signals may be incomplete or incorrect. You must verify property information independently and you are solely responsible for any offer you make.
Availability
We work to keep OfferAim available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. Third-party data providers may be unavailable or return incomplete records, and some markets have thinner data than others.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
