How OfferAim handles your information.
Information we collect
We collect the email address and name you provide when creating an account, the property addresses and analysis settings you enter, the deals and notes you save, and basic usage records such as how many analyses you have run. We store payment identifiers from our payment processor but never your full card details.
How we use information
We use your information to operate your account, run property analyses, enforce plan limits, provide support, and improve accuracy and reliability. We do not sell your information.
Property data sources
Property records and comparable sales come from third-party and public data sources. Availability and accuracy vary by market. Where a live provider is not connected, OfferAim clearly labels the analysis as demo data.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored in a managed database with row-level security so each account can only read and write its own records. Access to production systems is restricted.
Your choices
You can update your profile and defaults at any time, delete individual saved deals, or request deletion of your entire account from your account settings. Deletion requests remove your account data, subject to any records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.
